Exercise Goals

What I’m working on right now:

  • Trying to improve my 5k times
  • Kickboxing at Rondeau’s with the goal of building my core muscles
  • Wishing to lose 10 more lbs
  • Training for the my first marathon, the Walt Disney World Marathon 2014!

For my marathon training, I am following Jeff Galloway’s / RunDisney’s official training program.
